BY APPLYING FOR A PLACE AT THE DESIGN TRADE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
You will be notified of the result of your application via email within two weeks of the closing date of Applications close Friday 21st April 6pm. Please check your 'junk mail' folder if you don't hear back from us.
If successful, we will provide you with payment details. Stall fees must be paid in full in order to confirm your place.
We will provide a stall/plinth to fit within the area allocated to each successful applicant. If you require a rail, you agree to an additional payment of £15.
You are responsible for arranging your own public liability insurance and must have this to trade at the market.
Stallholders are personally liable for their individual stalls. Stallholders will not hold Form and Balance liable for any damage, loss, theft or injury incurred while participating in the event.
Every stall holder is responsible for clearing their own rubbish and vacating the Lighthouse premises by Monday 12 noon.
Your stall location within the Lighthouse will be confirmed one week in advance of the event.
Stallholders must use best efforts to stay for the entire duration of the market.
FORM + BALANCE are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any items before, during or after the event.
There is limited space in The Lighthouse. Any extra structures (eg. art browsers, clothes rails) must be agreed in advance.
We will use the images that you provide in your application to promote your involvement in the event.
We will be photographing the event during the three days and you may therefore appear in some of the photos. If you would rather not appear in our promotional materials for future events, please notify us.
